Here at KBuy , we pride ourselves on customer service and satisfaction. If you want to return any items in your delivered order, you need to get in touch with the KBuy team within 1 hours of delivery. Return will be accepted only if it meets the return eligibility criteria of that product or category the product belongs to.

• If the delivered product expired before the delivery, you can notify the KBuy Team which will either replace the product after collecting the expired product.

• If your return is accepted, refunds will be initiated immediately. Delivery charges are not refundable.
