Delivery Policy

• Once your placed order is confirmed by KBuy team, you will receive an SMS, and you shall also be able to track your order in the website/app. We start processing all orders as soon as it is confirmed. You will be given an order number, please retain your order number until delivery.

Shipping Timeline

• The orders must be shipped within 30 minutes -2 hours from the time of receiving the order within the agreed time provided by you . You can check the status of your order and the time left for dispatch on the KBuy Supplier Panel.
